That totally counts right?

So I spent 1/2 hours walking around.

But that counts as exercise right? My legs hurt really bad, but my hip doesn’t so that’s good! I’m so tired though, I really feel like my legs turned to jelly the instant I layed down.
This means I don’t need to walk tomorrow right?
